	Chem-Trend, an acknowledged leader in lubricants for the die casting industry, has assumed responsibility for the Kluber die casting product range. Many of these products have not only advanced performance expectations, but have actually helped to shape manufacturing processes.
	Summit Industrial Products, part of the Kluber family, produces synthetic lubricants for the air and gas compressor industry. Based in Texas, their products are a combination of quality base stocks and the latestadditive technology.

In addition, Chem-Trend’s product line has been bolstered with the Kluber Chemie Deutschland’s Lusin® brand product line for the thermoplastics industry, Kluberchem® release agents for the rubber and elastomer molding industries and a host of Kluberpur® brand release for polyurethane molding.

Summit Industrial Products Inc. has established itself in the area of providing lubricants for the natural gas compressiion industry by providing quality products and custom service before and after the sale. The lubrication of gas compressors, especially rotary screw types, involves a great deal more than merely providing a generic, off-the-shelf product at the cheapest price.

The fact that the lubricant and gas stream are commingled and recirculated requires special attention be given to the type of lubricant being used with respect to reactivity with the gas stream and solubility with the gas.
