The above components are mounted on a common steel framed base.  The shell and tube condenser is constructed of copper/nickel cladded tube sheets complete with cast steel heads, acting as anode for protection of condenser.  The plate heat exchanger is constructed of stainless steel plates, vacuum brazed with copper.  The unit design pressure will be 250 PSIG with UL listed evaporator(s).

WITT & SOHN FANS

Originally established as a specialist fan supplier to the German merchant shipbuilding industry, Witt & Sohn have grown over the past 50 years to become one of the world’s leading names in industrial fan technology and associated noise and vibration control.

Witt & Sohn’s well proven expertise in axial and centrifugal fan manufacture has today made them a market leader in many specialized, high performance sectors.  As well as merchant and naval shipbuilding these now include the tunnel, nuclear power, chemical and pollution control industries.

From the 10,000 m2 Witt factory at Pinneberg, Hamburg, currently some 50% of production is exported and through licenced manufactured agreements, Witt & Sohn are active in over 60 countries worldwide.

STORK PRINTS

Develops and builds rotary screen printing systems and digital production lines for textile printing.  The group is also active in the graphic arts industry, with both rotary screen printing and digital colour-proofing systems.  From the latest fashion prints to security printing.

ROTARY SCREEN TECHNOLOGY

RSI® rotary screen printing is based on patented RotaMesh® screen technology.  RotaMesh® is a 100% nickel, non-woven material, manufactured by electroforming.  Its unique hexagonal mesh structure creates outstanding stability, enabling the screens to be used for extended runs in both narrow and wide web printing.

Production of the printed image commences with the application of a light-sensitive lacquer to the outer surface of the mesh.  After mounting a film positive of the required design on the cylinder, the screen is engraved by exposed areas of the lacquer coating.  Finally, the film is removed and the non-exposed areas of lacquer are dissolved away by water spraying.  The screen is then ready for use.

The RSI® module Rotary Screens - Rota Mesh, Nickel Sleeves, Special Screens is a self-contained single-colour printing unit, available in a choice of widths and incorporating intelligent control for problem-free line synchronisation.

A squeegee

   1. presses ink
   2. through the holes in the nickel rotary screen
   3. onto the substrate
   4. which is held in place by an impression roller .
   5. The screen, substrate and impression roller all move at the same speed, thus creating a ‘frictionless’ system.

  • Advanced management of ink logistics
  • Control of ink supply
