Sales Manager – China

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager is accountable to develop opportunities in Offshore and Marine Industries  in China by providing leading edge HVAC-R solutions to best meet both our clients’ and Bronswerk Group’s business requirements. The Sales Manager will ensure opportunity awareness, develop and execute account plans, forecast and measure results, in conjunction with corporate objectives and revenue targets. The Sales Manager will work in concert with the team in China to develop winning proposals.

Business Development

  • Develop revenue forecasts, based on market analysis, business objectives, and input from the leadership team
  • Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives in co-ordination with Bronswerk Group’s business plan. 
  • Develop and execute sales plans including account planning.
  • Establish both market and target customer strategies for the Chinese markets
  • Track & report progress and efforts
  • Develop relationships with the client to build a high-level of customer confidence and propose effective solutions to the client in a timely manner

Project Support

  • Work with Sales Managers from other segments and territories to develop and implement customer satisfaction and loyalty measurements
  • Source and maintain current competitors intelligence data
  • Research and review industry trends, competitor info and client needs
  • Future development of a strong sales and marketing team 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a strategic sales and marketing role demonstrated knowledge of the sales process, leadership in how to develop a pipeline of new business and in growing existing business.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in the Shipbuilding or Offshore industries in both technical and sales and marketing roles
  • Technical degree/diploma/certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Shipbuilding
  • Must have a strong, active network in with Shipbuilders
  • Strong technical, management and leadership knowledge and ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational presentation and planning skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Sales Manager – Offshore (Texas)

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the President, the Sales Manager is accountable to develop opportunities in Offshore and Marine Industries by providing leading edge HVAC-R solutions to best meet both our clients’ and Bronswerk Group’s business requirements. The Sales Manager will ensure opportunity awareness, develop and execute account plans, forecast and measure results, in conjunction with corporate objectives and revenue targets. The Sales Manager will work in concert with the Conceptual Design Team located in Montreal Canada to develop winning proposals. 

Business Development

  • Provide Sales and Marketing Leadership and direction including the identification and positioning for new emerging opportunities
  • Develop revenue forecasts, based on market analysis, business objectives, and input from the leadership team
  • Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives in co-ordination with Bronswerk Group’s business plan. 
  • Develop and execute sales plans including account planning.
  • Establish both market and target customer strategies for the US market and more specifically the offshore segment including account and sales call planning
  • Track & report progress and efforts
  • Develop relationships with the client to build a high-level of customer confidence and propose effective solutions to the client in a timely manner
