An article about Geoff Maitland, his plans to expand Bronswerk Group's global operations and his management style appeared in the June 2010 issue of Canadian Executive Quarterly.

 “You’re only as good as the people around you, and I have a lot of loyal, long-term employees,” he says. “You need to treat your employees well and listen to them, because they spend a lot of time at the office, and it’s a big part of their life. As a manager, you have to be willing to spend time to listen to the problems they have and see where you can help. As a consequence, it pays back. They help the business.”
